With more and more documents traveling through the network, it is more important
then ever to be aware of what is being printed and to protect sensitive
documents from unauthorized access. The Encryption DIMM protects critical
documents from duplication, perusal, and modification throughout the entire
print process. You decide which document to encrypt by using an encryption
utility on your computer. The encrypted data is sent to the printer and
decrypted by the Decryption DIMM just prior to printing.
The Decryption DIMM contains onboard logic designed to analyze the data stream
as it passes to the printer, and access to it can be password protected.
